Meg’s kitchen is located in Boston’s North End.
I’m a graduate student in Nutrition and dietetics at Boston University, and I also do clinical research at a diabetes center in the city. Boston is a great place to live and eat, so you’ll find a lot of creative and healthy recipes along with snippets from my experience in research, at school, and around town.
Cooking from scratch is a great way to control what goes into your food, so with this blog I hope to showcase creative, homemade meals that are accessible and demonstrate how different foods can be incorporated into a regular, mostly healthy diet. I also love butter and cheese.
In addition to my work at school and at the clinic, I also have experience in the world of publishing, and I spent a wonderful summer as a part-time editorial intern at Cook’s Illustrated (America’s Test Kitchen).
Feel free to leave comments to any post, or contact me at contact dot megskitchen at gmail.com.
I am so jealous you got to work at America’s Test Kitchen! Did you ever get to go into the kitchen or were you a purely editorial person? But thanks for the delicious recipes :]
Hi Elizabeth – I did get to go into the kitchens and try the recipes! It was a great experience!
Another Meg that cooks in Boston I’m so excited to find you through Recipe Redux!
Thanks Meg. This is my first month with Redux – it should be fun!
